to better celebrate the 10th year of the SEGNALATI Project, after the great success it had in previous years in Paris, Brussels, New York, Edinburgh, Naples, Berlin, Rome, Lisbon and Venice I chose among 80 artists which will represent the International Contemporary Art in Budapest.

The beautiful city of Budapest will be the stage of the art event ‘’I Segnalati’’. The Budapest main center will host the unmissable international art exhibition and the editorial presentation of the famous art book curated by Salvatore Russo.

Besides the article there will be an art exhibition, that will take place from 23 to 29 November, in the stunning exhibition hall of the  "Pinter Art Gallery" of Budapest.

The opening of the exhibition will be on November 23rd. On that occasion I will be happy to present this great project to everyone.

Budapest is a majestic and elegant city formed by Buda and Pest divided by the flow of the Danube River. It is a capital in the style of ancient Central Europe as well as Vienna and Prague (but also Bel#grade). The cultural tradition goes back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire together with Vienna and Prague. Hungary has nearly 10 million inhabitants, 2.5 million of whom live in Budapest.

Budapest was an ancient Roman colony and the Romans themselves were the first to exploit the 123 thermal springs found in the reason, many of which are now public baths and still represent one of the characteristics of this capital.

Its position along the routes between West and East as well as benefiting it in trade has been the reason for the numerous invasions and wars that have been fought in the past. Destroyed many times it was conquered by the Mongols by the Turks and lastly by the Habsburgs who dominated it until the end of the Second World War.
